If you're coming to Willits for a wedding, here's a simple place for the wedding party and guests to stay together: The Old West Inn, right on Main Street in Willits.

The wedding happens at the venue nearby — for example, Russell's Ranch Wedding & Event Center, 1001 Center Valley Rd, Willits — and the party stays with us. That way family and friends aren't scattered across town, or driving back to Ukiah or the coast late after the reception.

Guests often ask where to stay near the venue. We're in Willits, on Highway 101, so you're close to the venue, to Main Street, and to a quiet night after the celebration. Our inn has 19 western-themed rooms around a quiet courtyard with a gazebo and fountain — a good base for a wedding weekend, with room for family to gather in the courtyard during the day and a quiet place to sleep at night.

Staying together in one courtyard

With 19 rooms, a wedding party can take a large share of the inn, rather than booking a few rooms here and a few rooms there at a big hotel. Rooms include One Bed rooms (King or Queen), Two Bed rooms, and Family rooms, and the Accessible One Bed room is available through our booking engine, downstairs with a courtyard view and ADA bathroom.

We're open 24 hours, so late arrivals after a rehearsal dinner or reception are no problem — just call us if you're arriving late. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 11am. Free WiFi and free parking are included, and guests can charge an EV for $15/night per reservation if reserved ahead.

Breakfast the next morning is a $10/person voucher at Lumberjacks, just down Main Street, from 7-11am — you pay Lumberjacks directly, and the voucher is from our office. There's no on-site breakfast, and no pool, pets, or fitness center — we're a quiet, family-run inn, not a resort.

A few honest notes, so you can plan: we are wedding guest lodging, not a wedding venue — we don't host ceremonies or receptions here. We also don't have bus parking, so wedding guests arriving by car are the best fit; if your group was planning a bus, please call us first so we can talk through it. Group cancellation terms are different from a single-room booking, so please ask about those when you call.
